Kaeleigh Phillips

Digital Communications and Outreach Director

Kaeleigh Phillips is CAPE’s newest addition, joining in August 2017. Previously, she worked as the Environment & Sustainability Coordinator for Transit Alliance and Women’s Post, and worked as an active campaigner for Friends of a Greenbelt after graduating from UBC with a English Communications degree and Urban Planning minor. In her spare time, she freelances for Alternatives Journal (A\J), and sits on the board of Escarpment Biosphere Conservancy as the Social Media Committee lead. Kaeleigh is also deeply passionate about animal rights advocacy and is a dedicated volunteer for Animal Justice, an animal rights law firm in Toronto. Passionate about music, you can find Kaeleigh at a local show or making delicious vegan food with her daughter.
