Natalie has over 15 years of experience working with NGOs, philanthropic organizations, and independent consultants to advance environmental and social initiatives. As director of operations and HR at CAPE, she oversees financial systems, HR processes, account management, and daily operations in a virtual workplace. In her free time, Natalie enjoys ballet classes, caring for her family of chinchillas, spending time with horses, exploring cities and escaping into nature.
